Christmas Rose Lantern

Today I'm sharing 2 cards that have both been made using the For The Love Of Stamps Christmas Rose Lantern stamp set. This set has to be one of my favourites from the whole release - I so love the lantern stamp, but the flowers themselves are also stunning and great for building up corsages on cards.




I've also used the co-ordinating masks on this card. I have coloured the stamped images in using a combination of Hunkydory Prism pearlescent powders and Prism inks. The red "ribbon" has been created by painting the red pearlescent powder onto white card (it's actually very sparkly in real life!).

On this card, I have used the Hunkydory masking sheets to create the effect that the flowers are overlapping each other. I have once again coloured the images in using Prism ink pads and a brush with water.
