June Rose
Another aperture card today - this one uses the rose stamp from the For The Love Of Stamps Birth Flowers range, and the rose is actually my birth flower.
I coloured the rose in with coloured pencils, die cut it out using Spellbinders labels 8 and added it to the inside of the 6"x6" card blank. The paper on the outside is from the Beautifully Bright For The Love Of Stamps Perfect Backgrounds stamping pad, and I added a little red Distress Ink to the edges. The gold card is Hunkydory's mirri mats. The flourish die is an old Spellbinders one from a set called Venetian Accents (actually some of the first dies I ever bought!), and I added a gold drop shadow beneath the white flourish. The gems are Hunkydory's gold diamond sparkles.
I will be entering this one into the following challenges:
Cute Card Thursday #510 anything goes http://cutecardthursday.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/challenge-510-anything-goes.html
Crafty Gals Corner #155 anything goes http://craftygalscornerchallenges.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/challenge-155-3rd-blogiversary.html
C.R.A.F.T Challenge #448 anything goes http://trimmiescraftchallenge.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/challenge-448-28th-of-december-anything.html
Looking forward to a trip to Ikea tomorrow (weather permitting) to look for some more craft storage bits and hopefully a new craft desk. I only have a small space to craft in (just a table in a corner really - hence the blog title of Lilly's Craft Corner) so I'm hoping to take over more of the dining room for more crafting space!

The mirror cardstock is a great accent and the tiny pearls are a great finish.
